Our Team
• Courtney Macavinta is our Founder and CEO and an award-winning and nationally recognized journalist, coach, speaker and co-author of RESPECT. She is currently working on a new book for women and frequently appears in national media as an expert on girls' and women's issues. She co-leads Respect Rx programs and also speaks to girls and women around the country. Bio
• Jen Jones is our Director of Programs and Publicity and a veteran young adult author, magazine writer and TV producer. She co-designs and co-leads Respect Rx programs. Bio
• Jennifer Davidson is our Respect Rally Training Leader and a life and leadership coach. She is founder of Reality Check Coaching and is passionate about empowering girls and women to create the "reality" they want. Bio
