Private Clients + Group Training

Respect Rx founder Courtney Macavinta is trained by The Coaches Training Institute and offers private life and leadership coaching for girls, women and their advocates. Coaching supports you in going for what you want and making it happen, stretching yourself and valuing your true worth.

"When I first started working with Courtney, I had no idea what to expect or even exactly what I would get out of a coaching relationship—I only knew I wanted to become more conscious about my path when it comes to career, family, and life, and take my professional mission to the next level. Through our sessions, I’m learning not only how to better connect with my purpose, but more importantly, how to create the opportunities that help me fulfill it. With Courtney’s guidance, growing, learning, and going outside my comfort zone has become a regular occurrence, and with great results. I’m still astounded at how my work life has been positively transformed!" —Debbie Reber, author of Chill and In Their Shoes, co-author of the Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul series, and creator of SmartGirlsKnow.com

"As my life coach, Courtney has come from a place of practical logic, using foresight and wit to help me identify professional goals and create manageable, working methods to achieve those goals. With her help, I've been able to focus on what is most important to me and weed out what is not. Our work together has helped me accomplish an unprecedented sense of calm, courage and confidence in moving forward to realize my lifelong dream. Coaching with Courtney has been the best investment I've made in myself both personally and professionally. I can't recommend her services highly enough." —Erika Stalder, author of Fashion 101: A Crash Course in Clothing, The Date Book: A Teen Girl's. and 97 Things to Do Before You Finish High School

"As a coach and as a person, Courtney is an incredible listener. She has helped me work through some of my worst demons by asking the right questions and engaging me to think beyond just my actions, to the reasons behind my thoughts. She is also not afraid to delve into the challenging issues. I have created better and more fulfilling professional and business relationships. She has brought much more understanding and a deeper contentedness to my life by making me more aware, thank you Courtney!" —Vanessa Van Petten, teen author of You're Grounded! and OnTeensToday.com

"Coaching with Courtney allowed me to do a great deal of introspection. She regularly includes self-prescribed homework turning my questions into exercises that allowed me to get at my own answers. With wit and an empathetic ear, Courtney draws out the ah-ha moments, which will get you past your current life road blocks. Coaching with her is more like talking to a friend than an authority figure who claims to have all the answers." —Andrea Zak, blogger at BrazenCareerist.com

Training
In addition, our team trains advocates on how to lead Respect Rallies and to use Respect Rx coaching-based tools and activities to empower girls and women to boost self-respect, sisterhood and social change.

Staff Retreats
Courtney and the Respect Rx team also lead staff retreats for organizations. We facilitate your team in creating a 1- to 5-year vision for your organization and envisioning the legacy you want to leave. We also lead you through a process in which each staff member creates a fulfillment-driven action plan for their personal and professional life. For girl and women advocacy organizations, our retreats can focus on training your team to use Respect Rx programs and tools in your work with a focus on wanting for ourselves what we want for girls.
