Respect Retreat or Summit
PROGRAM: Weekend or 1-day event with 6-months of follow-up activities to keep it going
Delivered as a day-long conference or weekend getaway, our retreats allow women to relax, recharge and reconnect with themselves through 7 Steps to Respect. Discover what fulfills you, your deepest values, and what you want to create more of in your life. Learn how to respect your body and boundaries, too. After identifying your big-picture goals, we’ll coach you toward setting a clear plan and vision to bring them to life. Get ready to have what you want—and the self-respect to go with it! Weekend retreats include yoga, meditation and art sessions as well as free time for exercise or rest.
