Respect Rally Leader Training
PROGRAM: 1-day training with 4 follow-up teleseminars
Picture a gymnasium filled with hundreds of teen girls, sitting in circles, listening intently to each other, doing engaging group activities, sharing their deepest feelings and hopes for themselves, and working together to design a new world where all girls are respected and respect each other. Picture each girl walking away from the day empowered to boost self-respect, sisterhood and social change in her life (and our world). This is what happens when girls attend a day-long Respect Rally. The Respect Rally Leader Training is a program for those who want to create an enriching, full-scale girl conference that addresses many of the tough universal issues girls struggle with everywhere. By hosting a Respect Rally, girl advocates can take much of the guesswork out of the girl-conference planning process and bring a powerful, proven program to their organization. Learn more here...
Respect Retreat
PROGRAM: 1 or 2.5 day event with 6-months of follow-up activities to keep it going
Delivered as a day-long conference or weekend getaway, our retreats allow women to relax, recharge and reconnect with themselves through 7 Steps to Respect. Discover what fulfills you, your deepest values, and what you want to create more of in your life. Learn how to create balance and boundaries, too. After identifying your big-picture goals, we’ll coach you toward setting a clear plan and vision to bring them to life. Get ready to have what you want—and the self-respect to go with it! Weekend retreats include yoga, meditation and art sessions as well as free time for exercise or rest.
Respect Rx Leadership Retreat
PROGRAM: 1 week
Advocates who lead a Respect Rally for girls, a Respect Summit for women, who attend a workshop or retreat, or who are Respect Rx coaching clients are eligible to apply to attend our annual Leadership Retreat (Summer 2009). Take your self-respect, vision, and advocacy and social change skills to the next level.
