• Cancellation and refund policy: Please read below.
• Dress comfortable: We do move around for some activities!
• Bring a lunch: To keep the tuition cost low, we ask that participants bring your own lunch based on your dietary needs. We'll also provide healthy snacks and water.
• Training and Rally materials: For those attending a training—as part of low-environmental impact policy, all materials are delivered digitally.
• Restrictions: The Respect Rally program and materials cannot be resold by those who are trained a Respect Rally Leaders. The training is intended for those who want to deliver the program at not-for-profit sites. If you are a for-profit, such as a summer camp, materials can be licensed for use at each of your sites. If you want to make sure the training right for you, please email us.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You have a right to cancel your enrollment and receive a refund by delivering a written notice to: Respect Rx, 1743 Park Ave #429 San Jose CA, 95126. You do not have the right to cancel by email, telephoning or or by not attending a course you are registered for. We don't allow cancellation by email due to the possibility that the email could be caught by a spam filter and therefore not received. Please call 408 295 4655 or email events@respectrx.com with any questions about this policy or to ensure that your cancellation letter was received.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Respect Rx reserves the right to refuse a student participation in courses and/or programs. In addition, upon the recommendation of both Respect Rx Training Leaders, Respect Rx reserves the right to remove from a classroom a student who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment.
REFUND POLICIES
General Information Regarding Pricing, Cancellations, Withdrawals, and Refunds: If you choose to cancel your enrollment in a course, and if it is 21 or more days prior to the start of the course, you will receive a full refund. Written notifications to cancel a course received must be postmarked 21 days prior to the course start date. If you cancel less than 21 days prior to the start of a course, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 non-refundable registration fee.
Transfer Fees: You may transfer from one training date to another one time without penalty, provided the request is made more than twenty-one (21) days before the training start date. Subsequent transfers are assessed a USD non-refundable $75.00 fee.
Notice of Cancellation/Withdrawal and Refunds: Written notice of cancellation shall take place on the date the letter of cancellation/withdrawal is postmarked. Refunds will be made within 30 days following the receipt of written requests.
