Training Details
The Respect Rally Leader Training includes:
• 2 days of live training: Participating in the entire Rally program yourself—our training is experiential. Learning how to lead activities.
• Forming “Respect Pods” to support you in creating your own custom action plan for implementation.
• Respect Rally Kit, which includes everything you need to lead a Rally: Planning Guide, Leader Guide, Rally presentation materials, PowerPoint slides, videos, handouts and evaluation forms.
• Post-training Web tutorial videos of select activities.
• 3 follow-up coaching calls with the Respect Rx team to answer questions or help you customize your program. (e.g. creating a co-ed Rally)
• Access to all updated and new activities or handouts.
• Membership to Respect Connect—our online social network for Rally participants and leaders.
• Respect: Keep It Going! Kit, a curriculum guide that includes up to 24 additional sessions (from workshops to group discussions to materials for creating an after-school Respect Pods for girls).
Typical 2-day training schedule:
Day 1: 10:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (What: Experience the Rally!)
Day 2: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (How: Learn to Lead a Rally)
• Each adult who registers receives 1 complementary training pass for a girl leader
